Medical plants have been planted everywhere across the entire world and most of them help effectively. Besides vegetables we should get medical plants helping in oral health and the health of every part of your body. My parents always make this Tongan drink called “Vai” or Haka’vai made from china by my cousin who is in fact a doctor. She created it and sent it to my uncles and aunties in Tonga. It helps with  digesting food and making it come out. Helps when you are trying to lose weight.
